Nate began his Scouting career as a district executive at Chief Okemos Council in Lansing, Michigan. He moved on to become the district director with Southwest Michigan Council in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and later development director with Southern Shores Field Service Council, part of the newly formed Michigan Crossroads Council. He was later promoted to director of development of La Salle Council in South Bend, Indiana.
 

Nate is a third-generation Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor Member of the Order of the Arrow who enjoys spending time with his three children, fishing, reading, and camping.

Britney joined Allegheny Highlands as a staff member in July of 2023. Prior to her role as a staff member, Britney gratefully served as a member of their Board of Trustees. She is a transplant from Buffalo, NY and has formal education from Buffalo State University and the University at Buffalo. She has held several different roles in the nonprofit sector in Buffalo. In 2019, Britney joined the BSA as a district executive with the Western New York Scout Council. She has two nieces, a nephew and a goddaughter that she adores and loves to spend time with when she is in Buffalo.

Mary Perrine

Mary Perrine started her Scouting adventure 16 years ago with Pack 708 in Cuba, New York. During her time with the pack she served as Den Leader, Assistant Cub Master and Cub Master. After her son crossed over to the Troop Mary served briefly as an Assistant Scoutmaster before transitioning to help with activities on the district level. For the past several years Mary has been the chair of the activities committee for Western Gate District, committee member for Order of the Arrow, and helped wherever needed both at the district and council level.  

Mary currently lives in Eldered with her husband, Robert. She enjoys spending time camping, fishing, hiking, and backpacking. Mary has three children, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
